Some peeks to share!

This month I did the member layouts at Back Porch Memories. I can't show you the entire layout, but I can give you a little peek until you become a member...lol Each month I create sketches for the member and then Deb, Danielle, and I take turns cranking out layouts with both kits....fun!

The solo kit this month featured some pretty papers by Reminisce -- Unwritten.

The medley features papers by My Mind's Eye, Upsy Daisy, and Cosmo Cricket -- just lovely!

Oh!! And these stamps!! Goodness gracious they're cute!

Here are the peeks of some of the layouts I created.

And then here's a layout I literally through together at the last minute because I had so much to do this past week that I totally forgot I needed to to my last entry for the Scrapbook Throwdown at Memorable Seasons. Challenge #4 was called the Mini Buffet and we had to create a layout about our favorite food or restaurant. Bad picture because I took it at night, but I got 'er done using a sketch by Julie Bonner for My Creative Scrapbook and posted at the Everyday Scrapper blog for their Sunday Sketch inspiration. AND I must thank Julie M. aka Juliescraps for sharing her terrific creation and the sketch on Facebook because it made doing this layout soooo easy!

Going in search of a recipe for dinner! I'm trying to get that out of the way. Hope you all have a great day!

A couple more...

things I've created lately. First here's a layout created for the 3rd Throwdown challenge over at Memorable Seasons. I flopped on the second challenge, so I made sure to finish this one early. It's called the "meatloaf challenge" and the requirements were to use (2) 4x6 photos, cardstock for your base, two sheets of patterned paper, and flowers. You could throw in some ribbon as your "spice" if you wanted. I finally used some of that Jenni Bowlin paper that I've been hoarding!

Then Ms. Cheri actually contacted me to say she needed to scrap again...WHAT!!! That girl doesn't know she brought tears to my eyes hearing her say that...lol We've started pulling manufacturer names again and using our stash to scrap with. This time around LYB was pulled, so I used some more of the baby papers I had bought last year to scrap my little nephew Gavin. BUT...this time I used those baby papers to scrap Collin when he was my brand new little bubs...ahhh how I remember those days! He was just a colicky baby. I thought I was never going to make it through that time in my life, but I did by the grace of God!!

And, lastly, here is a book I made using my Bind-It-All!! I got an email from My Creative Classroom which showed it was offering a BIA 101 class. Well, I just knew I needed to take it because that darn BIA has been a pain in my side since I purchased it. I never seemed to get those darn holes punched right. Well, now I will be able to because Nan, the instructor, was an awesome teacher who showed us the basic ins and outs! Thank you, Nan! Our first project was to create this BIA punching guide to use when needed. I jazzed it up a bit, but not too much as it's just a guide. Now I need to get my butt going on finishing the rest of the projects that were assigned. Okay. I'm behind on that, but I will do it!

Here's wishing you all a happy, blessed Wednesday!
